IC: Whirlwind sighed in relief at having been separated from those nasty Spell Punks. They were irritating on the best of days. Plus they had a habit of teleporting away from her attacks, something that was particularly upsetting to her.
"Is everyone alright?" She asked with a kind tone, checking over her friends for injuries while lighting the darkness with her horn. She noticed some sort of darkened patch of shell on Wham-Shell's chest, but he turned away when she attempted to look closer, obviously the proud crustacean was averse to her inspection. To which she pouted.
"So, if there are Spell Punks here it probably means there a Drow too... And neither of those two groups know much about machinery and Arkeyan technology, which means there is probably Trolls here too. Is there any one that ISN'T here helping steal and destroy the Arkeyan's work?" She asked rhetorically in slight aggravation, her wing flapping to mimic the irritation, slight static crackles snapping in the wind that availed off them.
Her long ears could pick up the faint sound of something scraping down the long corridor, hoping that it was something Arkeyan and SANE that could help explain to them what happened here, she beckoned her friends to travel down the corridor's length, her and Flameslinger lighting the way.
She particularly found his method of occasionally firing a flaming arrow down the long-seemingly-endless corridor a very useful way of keeping there direction in the dark.

IC: "I am alright, Whirlwind." Wham-Shell stated as he turned away from her inspection. "I will be fine, this injury is not severe."
Ignoring the unicorn-dragon hybrid's pout as best he could, he followed both his comrades as they continued down the corridor at a slow pace. Wham-Shell followed each arrow Flameslinger loosed into the darkness with his eyes, straining them to see if they revealed anything that was worth noticing. Enemies, switches, tech, or whatever was making that infernal scraping.
As the trio drew nearer to the source of the scrapings, voices could be heard very faintly. It was difficult for Wham-Shell to determine the traits of the voices, as well as what they said. Luckily, he had two very gifted friends with him in the realm of listening.
"Can you two make out what those voices are saying? Or even what they belong to?"

IC: Flameslinger listened intently: "I think a Biclops is arguing with a Troll. But... something is strange about it. They sound nervous.
Lets put out the lights and see if we can sneak up on them!"
Putting his bow in it's quiver, he slowly stalked forward. Coming through a door he could sense something new. They were in a very large chamber. Bigger than some of the sky islands.
And in the middle was something enormous made of metal. It must be what was making the scraping sounds.
The Troll and his friend were apparently still at the far side of the chamber. In the darkness they'd need to be very careful...

IC: Wham-Shell followed Flameslinger as stealthily as he could, something the crustacean was not normally accustomed to.
The room the trio entered was enormous, almost an unprecedented size for any building. Wham-Shell knew that one should never assume anything with the Arkeyans, but the room surprised him nonetheless.
The large metal thing in the center of the room was causing the scraping noise. Perhaps a digging machine? A malfunctioning mech? It was impossible to determine what exactly it was in the darkness, but the Skylanders would be able to inspect it after they removed the Troll and Biclops.
Personally, Wham-Shell thought the best move for the team would be to have Flameslinger dispatch the two enemies from a distance.
But what if there were more Trolls or Biclops or what have you hidden in the darkness? They would be able to see the flaming arrows and where they came from.
Wham-Shell focused on his hearing, hoping to only hear the continued scraping of the machine and the argument between the Troll and Biclops.
For a while, there was nothing.
Then, something snored.

OOC: Sorry guys for the slow posts over the last few days... I've been really busy... IC: The three skylanders were doing there best to remain silent and stealthy, but it wasn't easy for them, there specialty was not silence and darkness, and even Whirlwind whom spent much of her time in dark and stormy clouds didn't like such silent darkness. While trying to find the best route to the Trolls and Biclops to dispatched them, a loud snore nearby caused Whirlwind to jump in surprise, luckily both Flameslinger and Wham-Shell had thought quickly and both placed a hand over her mouth to prevent her squeaking in surprise. Pushing her friends off her she slowly moved forward towards the sound, careful to make as little noise as possible in case it was a enemy, thankfully something her feather padded paws made easy. "Whirlwind! Get back!" Her friends shouted in near silent whisper. But she just ignored them. This snore... it sounded... hollow? And slightly metallic? Looking through the dark, her eyes slowly adjusted as she approached the sound, her eyes semi use to the darkness having spent so much time in her clouds. "Its... a robotic dragon!" She exclaimed as a whisper back to her friends, although perhaps still too loudly as her voice echoed around her, the sound seemed to last forever and she was worried that the Trolls and Biclops' might have heard. But within a few seconds her voice's echo fell silent... but only to be replaced with the loud screeching noise of cold metal beginning to move.

OOC: It's alright Kitsune real life comes first, and boy, has mine been busy too IC: Wham-Shell froze. He dared not breathe or blink. Whirlwind's exclamation had been a bit too loud for his liking. He prayed silently that the Trolls and Biclops' in the room had heard nothing. Then the screeching started. The large metal behemoth in the centre of the room moved, shifting violently. Whatever it was, it was not good news for the Skylanders. As well, Wham-Shell saw that the robotic dragon Whirlwind had found was rising, its eyes glowing with yellow light. Several more yellow eyes appeared in the darkness. "We awoke something very, very bad." Wham-Shell simply stated as he readied his mace. The gibberish of Trolls and Biclops' echoed through the room as they approached the three Skylanders, followed by the slow hunk of machinery that made the ground shake as it took each step. It released a terrible, metallic roar. "We are incredibly overwhelmed now, friends!" Wham-Shell nearly yelled over the echo of the machine's roar.

IC: As the beheamoth began to move stretching and scraping the ground its lights gradually grew brighter.
Its eyes and other electronics began to illuminate the room so the skylanders could see where they were, in a huge domed room.
Filling up most of that room was the coiled mecha dragon that they'd found in the dark. But upon closer inspection, it was not JUST a dragon, it was constructed out of dozens of Arkean robots! Each arkean robot was a huge powerful colossus in its own right. Someone had taken these powerful metal golumns and fuzed them together into the biggest mechanical construct the Skylanders had ever seen.
"It's enormous" gasped Flameslinger just as the beheamoth lifted its building sized foot.
SLAMM!!
THe dragon smashed down its foot sending out a deafening shockwave that shook the roof.
The shockwave blasted Flameslinger backwards where he smacked into the wall with his skull. "ARGH!" He tried to look to see if his comrades were ok, but he was seeing spots through his blindfold and his ears were ringing so he couldn't tell what had become of them.

IC: Seeing the massive behemoth rise, Whirlwind was a little to shocked to move for a moment, her eyes filled with terror at the sheer size of the mechanical beast.
Hearing Flameslinger yell out about its size brought a small amount of clarity to her frozen mind, enough for her to register the huge metallic foot that was approaching her. Dashing with a roll to the side she flipped over and pushed hard off the ground, launching herself in the air and away from the foot as it came crashing down.
The sound of bending and breaking metal was heard screeching throughout the entire room as the foot left a massive indent in the ground, a huge shockwave blasting off from its impact and knocking her friends back.
She wasn't known as 'ruthless' in battle for nothing, and dove down from her hover with a spin, the speed aiding her avoidance of the dragons massive head arising from the ground. Its deep yellow electronic eyes only outlit by its marvelous array of illuminated electronics down its coiled metal hide. Had this machine been friendly, she would have stopped to admire its colours.
Approaching its foot she charged her wings, and hovered directly above its massive foot and fly in a sequence of figure 8, firing off six storm clouds one after another, the quick release and charge of energy surprisingly draining to her.
"Hah! Take that! Robot's are always easily short-circuited with a few good thousand volts!" She exclaimed with a cold smirk on her usually cheerful face. But that smirk faded into shock when she noticed that each cloud didn't impact and discharge there electricity into the foot, but rather be absorbed completely.
"But how can it do th- AHHH!" Whirlwind was cut of from her surprised statement when a laser fired from the side of its massive metal hide, blasting into her and knocking her back a considerable distance, her left wing temporarily catching on fire and burning away a few feathers, causing her flight to de-stablize. Sending her spiraling towards the ground.

IC: Wham-Shell charged his mace before unleashing a large starfish at the dragon's eye. The starfish latched onto it, the dragon visibly irritated by the starfish obscuring its vision. This temporary distraction afforded him the momentary comfort to assess the situation further. Whirlwind was falling towards the ground much too fast, and Flameslinger was being surrounded by Trolls in his dazed state.
Thinking fast, Wham-Shell launched several starfish at the trolls surrounding Flameslinger, causing most of them to be incapacitated. He whirled around and ran as fast as he could in Whirlwind's direction, hoping to catch her if he could.
However, Wham-Shell wasn't the fastest Skylander, and Whirlwind was reaching the ground faster than he was reaching her. Wham-Shell silently prayed that his next action would work, as he charged his mace for the large starfish. If he could get the correct timing, the starfish would land right below Whirlwind and allow her to bounce off of it and reduce most of the impact.
Wham-Shell released the starfish just as a large metal claw swatted him away, his body crashing into a wall several metres above ground.

IC: Deep glowing purple-blue eyes blinked slowly within the darkness, twin glowing orbs of hallowed light piercing through the dark depths, monitoring the situation at hand with a mix of intrigue and disdain. On one hand, amusement was seen swirling withing the glowing depths of the eyes, but in the other, irritance at the Skylander's dealings with the great metallic beast was also noticeable. The eye's closed slowly, there light vanishing with them, but only momentarily, as they appeared and opened up once more closer to the scene of chaos, observing the results of the obviously one-sided battle. Observing a flash of colour the eyes blinked away, the brightness an affront to their liking for the darkness. Looking back they noticed a feathery dragoness falling at great speeds, plummeting towards the ground. One of the Skylanders, the shelled one, fired off a large starfish to where the dragoness was falling before being knocked away by the great machine's metal claw. The starfish would help the feathery dragoness atleast survive the fall, but that didn't mean injury was impossible. Deciding that it was best now to intervene the eyes closed once more, before the owner of the eyes darted forward, a chaotic cloud of darkened shadows trailer over their steps and shadowing their form. In an instant the cloud moved through the space, passing nearby where Whirlwind was going to fall and flashing through the air and snatching her up. The clouds around the figure disappeared quickly after harsh use of the technique, a howling sound of ghosts emanating from it as it dispersed. Revealing a dark-purpleblack dragoness, in its place, the fallen Whirlwind caught in her claws. "You should know better by now Whirlwind. We have been through this talk many times. Use shadow and darkness to hide yourself. Your colours give away your position too much." Cynder spoke with a cynical voice, a lisp of malice and disdain for her feathery dragoness companion's foolishness evident. But if you knew her well enough then a hint of worry was still present. OOC: Hello everyone, happy to play with you all.

OOC: Hello hun! ^_^ Glad you joined. ^_^ We need more people. <3
IC: Whirlwind twisted and turned in the air, frantically trying to re-obtain her balance in the currents, her wings were burnt, and a solid portion of her feathers burnt with it, so it was near impossible for her to stabilize herself. Looking around as best she could she noticed her friends being knocked away harshly by the great mechanical beast. She would have called out to them, but she was too busy trying to save herself from crashing.
She noticed a large starfish flying towards her impact location, and she smiled knowing that she had friends looking out for her. She just hoped that this wouldn't hurt to much.
Closing her eyes expecting to hit the ground hard. She was surprised when she felt two strong claws grab a hold of her, and her falling halting quickly. Opening her eyes, she was amazed to see the only other female dragon she knew in all of Skylanders, Cynder.
Cynder placed her down as gently as she could manage after a quick scowling. Something that was slightly annoying to her.
"I know I know, you say the same thing all the time. Now lets go and help the other's and get out of here before this dragon steps on us." Sure enough, as soon as Whirlwind spoke both Cynder and Whirlwind had to hastily dodge a large foot that slammed onto there current location.

IC: Wham-Shell groaned as he lifted himself up slowly. His entire body hurt, which was no surprise, given that he had been smacked into a wall, then proceeded to fall onto the hard ground from quite a height.
He looked in the direction he had last seen Whirlwind falling, only to see her as fine as she could be, standing next to a familiar purple dragoness.
Just as the large metal dragon foot descended upon them, Wham-Shell noticed that the dragon's mouth was glowing. That was never a good sign.
"We need to leave. Now." Wham-Shell said weakly, as he lifted himself to his feet as best he could. As far as he could see, his shell had seen better days.
A dozen or so Trolls and Biclops approached him, eager looks on their faces. It wasn't common to have the chance of taking down a severely weakened Skylander.
Wham-Shell, knowing the odds weren't in his favor, lowered his mace slowly...
...Only to bring it down on the ground with what little strength he had left, creating the best Poseidon Strike he could muster. The Trolls and Biclops' were caught off guard, many of them being caught in the electricity, some of them being stricken by the coral projections.
Wham-Shell fell to his knees, exhausted.
"Could use an assist...over here..." He breathed as he rested on his mace, his eyes drawn to the glowing orb building within the machine behemoth's mouth.

IC: Seeing the shelled crustacean king unleash his mighty Poseidon Strike Cynder smirked watching him fall, an odd sense of amusement arousing over her at seeing her regal crab fall to his knees. But despite her cruel and sadistic sense of humour she did pull Whirlwind along to do help him.
"Whirlwind, we need to get out of here, can you heal Wham-Shell enough for him to stand? We need him to be able to wield his mace, none of us here could even hope to lift it. I'll try and distract this thing with Flameslinger." Was all she said before she was shrouded in shadows to seek out Flameslinger.

OOF: Welcome A.D.!
IC: Still disoriented, Flameslinger's body was wracked with pain from the pounding he was taking from the trolls whose iron wrenches were hammering into him again and again.
He didn't know here he was going but he forced himself onto his feet and let his magical boots carry him away, a wall of flame in his wake. Flameslinger fired a trio of arrows back in the trolls direction as he ran away, unsure if he hit any of them or not, but hoping to discourage pursuit until he could recover.
Sprinting away, head still pounding, Flameslinger tripped over something like a big metal pipe, whacking his shins and sending him toppling over onto is head.
He felt the big "pipe" move a little near his foot and realized "This must be the dragon's tail! just as it descended down on him!

IC: Her eye's blinked once as Cynder watched in amusement. Flameslinger was well known to being able to run faster then most anyone, but there was just something about seeing him trip on something that was cynically amusing to her. Noticing in the dark light that what he tripped on was the dragon's tail, she furthered the speed of her Shadow Dash, the shadows shouding her from the tail and allowing her to partially pass through it, enough so to knock Flameslinger out of its path.
"Come on, we need to distract this thing while Whirlwind helps Wham-Shell." She spoke quickly, her barbish tail prodding him as a push for him to get up.
