It may not be news about the game, but I have good news! I won myself a Golden Flameslinger! I have been wanting this guy in gold for quite a while. I have seen many an auctions going for way over $100 and I just could not justify spending that kind of money. However, for him to be gold in that triple pack, that triple pack would need to be part of wave 3. Triple pack assortment for wave 3, goes like this - - 2 Whirlwing, Drill Sergeant, Double Trouble - 2 Wrecking Ball, Stealth Elf, Sonic Boom - 2 Drobot, Flameslinger, Stump Smash Hence why there is no gold Chop Chop in a triple pack, making him one of a kind (unlike Drill Sergeant and Flameslinger). I've heard there are only 100 of each gold character in the world. |

I've heard there are only 100 of each gold character in the world. If that is the case, then just about every single gold flameslinger has been listed on ebay at least once. I cant find a gold chop chop anymore. |

Well, if 100 is the number, it's insane to know I own 2 of those 100 Chop Chops, 2 of the Drill Sergeants and 1 gold Flameslinger (in a triple pack).

Well, finally got my triple pack with gold Flameslinger in it. Just waiting for my single and triple pack gold Drill Sergeants to arrive.
I'm almost certain I will be able to nab a gold Flameslinger by the end of the day tomorrow. I didn't intend on getting every version of gold characters released (single and triple packs), but I may hold onto them. It just makes me wish I had the 3 silvers from triple packs.
