But when he was dropped in, the wizard was shocked to see the little grub devour all of the soup and emerge from the cauldron 20 times larger and with a long, sticky tongue. The poor old wizard was even more surprised seconds later, when Wrecking Ball proceeded to swallow him whole. Eventually he ran, quite literally, into the powerful Portal Master Eon, who was intrigued by how he came to be and impressed with his unique abilities."

Well, after reading Wrecking Ball's bio up there, I couldn't help but think that the Old Wizard it refers to is Double Trouble.

Why, one might ask?

Well, I loved the connection Terrafin and Drill Sergeant share, as well as Hex, Cynder, and Spyro's connection through Malefor. So I thought, hey, there should be more connections between the characters.

And sure, this is pure fanon and not canon, but I like the idea of the two Magic elementals having a disagreement over who ate who and all that. I wouldn't doubt Double Trouble likes to make grub worm stew!

Oh, and I'm sure it was Eon who pulled DT out of WB's gullet.

But that is my own take on things more my Skylanders fanon
