So I so a reference to this over on DarkSpyro. I didn't know this information was already out there, and I can confirm the elemental power portion (at least the 1% part). Taken from: spyro.wikia.com/wiki/Statistics_%28Skylanders%29
I have no idea where they got their numbers for armor and critical hit, those are pretty specific statements. There's no "!" on the Wii for a critical hit that I am aware of... but we do see the shield icon on a block. Anyway, do you all agree with these values? If they are accurate, they will go a long way in helping to determine the value of heroic challenges and stats in general.

I'm the one who's done the tests to get these values. I'm not sure how accurate they are, but suffice it to say that I've done hundreds of shots with Drill Sergeant's auto cannon and Drobot's unupgraded laser to obtain them.
During the tests, the values seemed to approach those that you get for winning a heroic challenge, so I went ahead and made the assumption that they match. I'd very much like to gather more data to see how accurate they are, with my next test being a 1000 auto cannon shots on 3 different targets (that would be 3000 shots in total). However, due to my limited spare time, it will be a while before I can get round to it.
So bottom line, the values will be close enough, and when reasoned into actual gameplay mechanics, they make sense. It's a fairly basic game as far as complexity goes, so there's no reason to expect extremely intricate gameplay mechanics.

I was battling Kaos for a bit this morning, and in the process of defeating one of his minions, I saw a "!" during the slow motion part. So, I stand corrected - there is a "!" on a critical hit on the Wii. From here on out, I'll assume you're right when we disagree ;D

Well, I try to be as accurate about things as I can, but that doesn't mean I won't make mistakes.

Been a while since I've given these statistics much thought. I suppose it's because my collection is nearly complete that I am now giving more consideration to finishing all of the HC's.
This means a rating of 100 in a stat would give you +33% chance of blocking an attack (does that mean you block 1 out of every 3 attacks?) +20% chance of a critical hit (does that mean you crit 1 out of 5 times?) +100% to your elemental advantage - which equates to doubling your attack. That could make type advantages a nearly insurmountable obstacle in PVP.
