So according to this article, for each issue of Nintendo Power up until Skylanders Giants is released, 4 Skylanders will be revealed per issue.
I gather that this means this starts in July, and since only 16 will be revealed, they are actually going to show the Giants and the new Skylanders, not the reposed or light-up ones.
