Just needed a thread to point out that where I am in Northwest Missouri, it is December 31, 2011 and we have all the windows open and the kids are playing outside. Because it is 60 degrees!
A year ago at this time there was plenty of snow on the ground. How about that!

Here we are vacationing in Virginia, and the same thing is happening. I've been wearing shorts around the house, and yet, just one year ago, the whole state was buried under blizzard after blizzard. To look at it now, I wouldn't believe it if my father-in-law hadn't sent us pictures.
Climate change is legit scary.

Here in Northern Indiana, South Bend Area it is like 50+ out all the snow melted. Feels like spring. The summer is going to be a huge punishment  |
