The Perfect Hat

OK, people have discussed the hats before. www.darkspyro.net/skylanders/hats/
Which gives the best stat boost, which looks funny, where to find them, etc...

BUT, I am thinking of something else: a hat to match each Skylander as a CHARACTER... a perfect match for their personality. One that looks good, and makes logical sense...

For example, the Halo matches Lightning Rod because he's a sort of heavenly character.

There is no right answer, but I could swear that at times I've found the correct answer like this was some kind of matching game!

Here are some of my examples:

Spyro: Lil Devil?
Voodood: Bone Head (He supposedly collects bones)
Wrecking Ball: Eye Hat
Double Trouble: Tiki Hat

Gill Grunt: Combat Hat or Pirate Hat (Grunts wear helmets)

Slam Bam: Cossack Hat or Santa Hat
Wham-Shell: Viking Helmet

Trigger Happy: Cowboy Hat or Bowler Hat
Boomer: Miner Hat? (Not sure)
Drobot:
Drill Sergeant: General's Hat or Spiked Hat

Flameslinger: Trojan Helmet (Matches Perfectly!)

This is a very subjective topic, of course, but the Chaos family just don't think that Wrecking Ball looks complete without his cowboy hat.

I also like the unicorn hat on Stump Smash for no good reason and the wide-brimmed, old lady hat on Hex.

Oh, yeah, is it the miner hat with the goggles on the front? If so, that one on Zap as it makes him look sort of like an aviator?

Prisms is always going to be the Miner Hat. The big yellow hardhat with the light. Especially if you go down the beam path, as it makes him covered in glowing yellow crystals.

Ghost Roaster looks all Pirates of the Carribean with the Pirate Hat.

I like Stump Smash with the General's Hat. It gives him a certain... character. Go try it and see!

I like my Stealth Elf with the Santa Hat. Just think... Santa's little helpers are Ninja!

I dont like any hat on Drill Sgt with the possible exception of the Halo. All the others have his gun poking out.

Party Hat for Wrecking Ball. He's just too happy!

My Whirlwind has the Unicorn hat as well. He's a Bicorn!

Sonic Boom (my GF's is named "The Morrow". Apparently it's some sort of bird...) uses the Propeller Beanie. Like the General's Hat on Stump, it just gives her good character.

Eruptor deserves the Chef's Hat. Trust me, it's perfectly fitting, and looks good on him too.

Voodood looks good with the Viking Hat, and so does Spyro. I intend to replace both with the Winged Hat when Dragon's Peak comes out.

Erupter with the Chef's Hat always reminds me of the Stay Puft Man

I love the Top Hat on Ghost Roaster as he reminds me of The Gentleman Ghost from DC Comics, and I use the soldier helmet on Trigger Happy as it looks great IMO.

With the new Dragon's Peak pack, I have to say, the new hats are odd.

The 'Winged Helm' is silvery metallic grey, and doesn't seem to 'fit' graphically with most Skylanders. Pretty much just like the Lil Devil hat doesn't, which is upsetting, as it's a speed booster.

I find it fits Sonic Boom really well, though, and is now always on her.

The Crown also happens to look good on Cynder, so now I have a choice I enjoy on her.

Oh, now that I have Lightning Rod, I find the Winged Hat fits him perfectly. Definitely gives him a Thor/Odin vibe, and looks good on him.

Recently picked up a Legendary Trigger Happy. It looks terrible on him. Practically everything does... except the Pirate Hat... which just looks awesome. It's a dark look, like him, but has a gold trim and the grey together both look like they fit perfectly. Doesn't hurt that it's a good stat boost, too!
