So, with this new update, as far as I have seen, you get to make your own custom Portal Master name. You don't get to type what you want, but you get to choose from a bunch of options. Names are divided into 3 segments, so you have a first name, and two halves of a last name.

For example, mine is Moss Haventree (Haven and Tree are separate choices)

And now it is possible to unlock the remaining Skylanders. Thats as far as I have seen so far.

That's a nice addition. That's how Pokemon communications are done as well - giving you a fairly long list of options to choose from but no chance to type in your own words. I'm fine with that.

It's easy for me to forget that SSU is just in its beta stage and is still a work in progress. Hopefully the adding of the remaining Skylanders is a good sign!
