Today while on the hunt for the new three packs, I ran into a GameStop, only just missing the chance to get one. While talking to the guys there, they asked if I knew about the new game coming out and the new 32 figures that were being released with it. This explains why they are bumping up the releases of the figures that are already out. Oh, what I wouldn't give to be at the E3convention this year... But if those packs aren't picked up, I can go in and get them  yay! |

Be great if that is true, but as they are just employees of GameStop, I'm worried about the legitimacy of their statements. As far as I'm aware, there is no news of it on the internet.
I'm sure the sequel is inevitable, but there is no info out about it that I can find.

I am pretty confident there will be a sequel, but I am a little skeptical that two Gamestop employees would know any details about it. There are too many Skylanders fans frantically scouring the internet for information that surely someone would have dug something up.
On the side, if you find another Cynder or Double Trouble, I would LOVE to send you some money for it! I'm not willing to jump to ebay prices on this one, but I'd gladly pay shipping and handling charges ;D

So apparently Activision has taken a few domain names all basically called SkylandersGiants.
Yay! Possible new sequel name!

if you look at the back of single packs it has sequal games may need something else i believe so i pretty sure they are making another

So this person sounds like they are just making stuff up. I like Cynder's new pose, though with the re-release of previous Skylanders in new poses, I'm not sure if it is worth buying or not. |

I agree this is the best article, I found so many good info in it.
However, I'm wondering which one is the most accurate and "true". Since some talk about 8 light Skylanders and other 4...

In the video, the gamer dad interviews a TFB person who states there are 8 lightup figures, of which 4 are new figures. In total, there are now 50 "new" figures to collect. I will not be getting all of them as I plan to leave the 24 redesigns on the shelves. I will attempt to get the light up ones, but i have heard a rumor that they will be packaged randomly like the silver and golds. There doesnt appear to be a way to tell them apart from normal figures so I have no idea how to find them. effin great activision. |
